Cafe Baysil

From someone staying in Bir for years now , this is a very underrated cafe . The food is great , the menu is diverse , the quality is unmatched and the desserts are to die for. Also the ambience is beautiful, be it the game space inside the cafe with board games,books, etc or be it the outside sitting with trees all around. Do visit this place , you wont regret it . P.S : You must try their Chocolate brownie

This is one of the best places that serves good quality and tasty food. I was staying that hotel where this cute little cafe is located and the food is cooked by passion and you can feel that in every bite. The ambience and little details that they have added to this cafe makes the overall experience even better. They have some really delicious pastries and donuts. If you are in Bir this place is a must try.

Tucked away in the hills, this cozy cafe in Bir is a rare gem. And the welcome snack just seals the deal. The quaint outdoor seating, surrounded by fresh mountain air makes every bite even better. Refreshing juices and smoothies add a healthy twist. And just when you think it couldn’t get any better, the bakery section steals the show. Mouthwatering cakes like the chocolate orange, gooey brownies, carrot cake, cookies, and probably the best cinnamon rolls you’ll find for miles. It’s the kind of place where dessert isn’t optional—it’s a must. What truly makes this place special, though, are the lovely young talented hosts who run it. Their warmth and hospitality turn every visit into a feel-good experience you won’t forget. If you're visiting Bir, this cafe is definitely not to be missed.

A Hug in the Form of Hot Chocolate (and Vada Pav!) Baysil Café is a lovely little spot made extra special by Dimple, the owner and host, whose love for cooking really comes through in every dish. The menu is thoughtfully curated, and everything is prepared with care, passion, and great attention to detail. The hot chocolate is an absolute standout—rich, comforting, and easily one of the best I’ve had. And the surprise hit? A perfectly made Mumbai Vada Pav that somehow fits right in on the menu and hits all the right notes. If you’re lucky, you might also get to try one of Dimple’s baking experiments—like a fresh cupcake straight from the oven. A cozy place with great food and even better intent behind it.

Absolutely love Cafe Baysil! The food is top-notch, fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to hang out with friends or just unwind solo. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Bir!

Their Bombay Street food is to die for. Vada pav so good, I couldn't wait to click a picture. So here is a picture of their yum Dabeli and Bombay Toast. I also enjoy their pizzas and sweet bakes (brownie so good, I bet you l ask for more)... Also, cool vibe to just chill, hang, read books all day and soak some sun in the outside sitting.. definitely recommended!
